Fees

Fee Structure

Individual Private Consult Fees
  • Initial Appointments $180 (60 minutes)
  • Review Appointments $86 (30 minutes)
  • Face-to-face and Telehealth (phone or video) are available.
  • Individual and couple consultations available.
Rebates
  • If you have private health insurance cover, you can claim back on your appointment. Item # 500 for an initial consult and item # 600 for a review consult.
  • If you have a Medicare Allied Health care plan from your GP, initial consults are $118.80 and review consultations are $97.80 but you are eligible for a $61.80 Medicare rebate immediately refunded back to you at each appointment so are only out of pocket the difference.
Referrals
  • No doctor referral required for private clients.
  • If you have a Medicare GP care plan referral, this must be provided prior to or at your appointment by yourself or GP.
  • DVA clients must provide a DVA referral from their GP.
  • NDIS clients accepted who are self or plan managed.

Cancellation policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will incur a fee unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you have any questions, please call or email.
