What to expect at your consultations
Initial consultation
- At your first consultation you will be asked a variety of questions to complete a detailed nutritional health assessment. Information is collected about your medical history, dietary pattern (including cravings, eating habits, your concerns) and current goals. Personalised healthy eating advice and support will be provided based on your medical conditions and overall goals with your eating.
Review consultations
- Ongoing care is beneficial and clients usually return within one to four weeks depending on monitoring requirements and future visits are scheduled as required. Subsequent visits will incorporate continual follow up of progress, further changes and ongoing support.
What not to expect
- Weigh-ins and strict dietary advice that limits your eating and choices! You will not be put on "a diet" and your weight will only be monitored if desired by you.
