It is important to have a positive relationship with food and not feel that you need to restrict certain foods because you believe you need to or someone told you to! At Good Nutrition For Life, we provide evidenced based information that is tailored to your lifestyle and medical conditions. We ensure you are eating nourishing foods but also allowing you to be confident in eating all foods so you can stress less about all the diet information our culture is infiltrated with.

What does a Dietitian do?
An Accredited Practising Dietitian has completed at least a four year
university degree specialising in nutrition. Dietitians discuss your diet and
nutrient requirements and incorporate healthy eating recommendations
relevant to your health conditions and lifestyle.
Dietitians help improve your relationship with food ensuring you are
enjoying your food and eating well. Anyone can see a Dietitian if you have
a desire to improve your eating.
Accredited Pracitising Dietitians must complete at least 30 hours of specific
professional development each year maintain their crendentials of Accredited
Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Assocation of Australia (DAA) and
are subject to auditing. Dietitians are also
Accredited Nutritionists.
